Ingredients:
Turmeric Root, Schisandria Berry , Milk Thistle, Black Walnut, Goldenseal, Echinacea, 60% Grain Alcohol
Initial-10-Day Detox-Daily Protocols & 10 Day Maintenance:
1. Wake up and start with 1 tablespoon of the tincture mixed in a shot glass with 2ozs of water. Drink quickly.
2. Follow with 4ozs of hot water with 1 whole lemon squeezed and drink.
3. Make your Mega Way VEGAN shakes with unsweetened almond and or coconut milk 8ozs, 2 scoops and or 2 packets of the shake in a REALLY good blender, add fruit, 1 capful of the liquid vitamins, blend really well and pour into 2 seperate-8oz bottles and have one within 1 hour of the lemon water in the AM and the other at 3pm daily.
4. A VEGAN lunch with mixed vegetables, sprouted beans, salad, greens and raw nuts. Salad dressing of your choice.
5. 3pm your 2nd shake
6. Dinner same as lunch
